Use of the Decked Out website as well as the sales and purchase of products, services and vouchers are governed by the terms and conditions set below. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may choose not to use or access this Website or choose to contact us for more information. Once an order has been placed, processed, dispatched and the terms and conditions have been accepted a contract between Decked Out and you, the customer, will exist.

Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. Supplies are limited and we liaise daily with the companies that supply us to get products in ASAP. Provided the goods are in stock, orders are shipped via next working day courier within the UK. If we are unable to ship your order within 2 working days of receiving it and it is a stock item, we will contact you with the bad news. Please note this does not apply to pre orders, (designated pre order in the description) or non-stock held item with an expected delivery time. We will update you by email when we think we can get the item(s) you want.
Payments, Data Protection and Order Processing
For your security, all our card transactions are processed by PayPal. They ensure that any card details provided are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your billing information. Once you have placed an order with us, an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent with the shipment information once your order has been dispatched. It is therefore very important that you give us a valid email address so you can receive these emails.
We take your online privacy seriously, and therefore your details will not be passed to or shared with any third parties.
We work very hard in providing as many great pictures and content as possible, so we ask that you do not use any content on our site for anything other than is intended. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Decked Out website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
We will accept return merchandise within 30 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and with its original packaging. Returns are at your cost. We realise that Christmas is an exceptional period and as such we will accept returns up until the middle of January for items purchased as Christmas presents. We will only accept packages that arrive with a Return Authorisation Number clearly marked on them. You may request a RA number by emailing or phoning our customer service team. If returning items to us, we advise that you compare online services such as Collect+ and myHermes against Royal Mail and Parcel Force for larger and/or expensive items, as they are usually competitive on pricing.
We cannot accept returns on skateboards that have been gripped as per your instruction – they are no longer sealed and have been customised to your original request. When we are requested to assemble a complete setup skateboard, or fit the grip tape, we will do so as carefully as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any scratches to the board which may occur. We can also not exchange a skateboard once it has been assembled as it is now no longer in its original packaging.
Due to the nature of the sport we will not replace broken skateboard decks.

Contract cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right and notify us no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the order.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge (if any), provided that you have notified us in writing within the timeframe stipulated above, and that you have taken reasonable care of the items and not used them. Please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy (more details and exclusions available on that page).
Our catalogue images, descriptions and colours are subject to change and are for suggestion only. Actual appearances may be different, and corrections may be made on final orders though we will not send a different product unless you agree to it. If you must have a specific colour where the option is not available, please include this in the comments. It is always our goal to ship the best merchandise at the best price possible.
We use a variety of different couriers to ship our parcels, choosing the best option to get the products to you safe and sound. All large packages are delivered via UPS, UKMail or DPD within mainland UK. Smaller/lighter packages and UK parcels off the mainland are sent by Royal Mail or standard parcel service. All deliveries must be signed for and delivery times in most cases cannot be specified (AM/PM/Saturday deliveries excepted). All orders received before 1pm on a working day (except in busier times, e.g. Christmas) are dispatched the same day provided goods are in stock and the payment is processed. We do our best to stock the best products and to price our items competitively but do not make any claims or price guarantees. If you know of cheaper prices within the UK, please email us with the details. Please shop until you are satisfied before ordering. Prices are subject to change at any time.
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England or the jurisdiction in which you are resident or domiciled shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and Decked Out, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the Terms of Service, use of this web site or any Linked site in the event that Decked Out have elected England as the jurisdiction.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Decked Out. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Decked Out. None of the above affects your statutory rights under English Law.
