Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to an order. If you’re quick, we may be able to intercept your items before they leave our warehouse. If items have already left us however, you will have to obtain a returns number once they arrive with you. If you don’t accept the delivery, you are liable for the returns cost at the courier’s rates. This is usually a lot more expensive than if you were to return the goods yourself.
My order hasn’t arrived, how long should I wait before contacting you?
Please refer to your dispatch email which will contain your tracking information and instructions of how to contact us if required.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately not. All orders must be placed on our website for your security and our own.
Can I track my order? How do I do this?
You will find your delivery tracking information in the shipping email we send you when your order has left our warehouse.
I’ve ordered but have now been told my item’s out of stock…
We operate a first come first served picking system. When you order you are put on a list, so someone else may beat you to it. If this is the case we will email or phone you as soon as we know the goods are not available.
Where is my confirmation email?
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. If you can’t see it, it may have landed in your junk or spam folder. If it’s not in there either, please check that you provided the correct email address – if you did and there’s still no sign of your email, please contact email@example.com and we will investigate it for you.
I’ve seen the same item cheaper elsewhere…

How do I return an item?

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days to return an item. All items must be returned in the same new and unused condition as when they were shipped out. During the Christmas period we will accept returns up to the middle of January so don’t worry! See our Terms & Conditions page for specific details.
I have returned an item. How long before I hear back from you?
We aim to process returns within 24 hours of receiving them. We will be in touch to let you know when the return is complete and either your refund or exchange has been processed. For more information please refer to our Returns page.
Do I get free grip tape with my skateboard deck?
Yes. We will pop in a sheet of Enuff grip tape with every deck purchase. Please let us know if you would like us to fit it for you. If you are exacting about how your grip tape is applied, please consider doing it yourself as decks can’t be returned once grip tape has been added.
Do trucks come in pairs?
Yes we sell our trucks as pairs.
What guarantee do I get with a skateboard?
Skateboards are only guaranteed against delamination. The classic deck snap will be across the deck above the trucks. This usually occurs when your feet are in the wrong position when landing a trick or grab. Unfortunately for this reason we can’t replace a broken board or a board with pressure cracks.
